DJ, Producer & Dim Mak Records owner STEVE AOKI makes his long awaited Northern Irish debut at The Stiff Kitten on Bank Holiday Sunday May 6th. Aoki's legendary Dim Mak imprint has released music by artists including The Bloody Beetroots, Armand Van Helden, Will.I.Am, The Kills & Battles. He is renowned for his chaotic live performances, and his explosive vocal delivery. His critically acclaimed 2012 LP debut, entitled "Wonderland", features collaborations with Rivers Cuomo, Kid Cudi, LMFAO, Travis Barker & Nervo among many others. A limited number of early-bird tickets for The Stiff Kitten show are priced just £16 + Booking Fee. They go onsale on Friday April 6th at 9am from www.shine.net, The Stiff Kitten and Ticketmaster Outlets.

Steve Aoki, the DJ/Producer, grew up in Newport Beach, CA, and went to college at UCSB. In his early 20s, he founded his own label, Dim Mak Records, in 1996. The label has released music by other electro house artists such as Datsik, Infected Mushroom, Dada Life, Zeds Dead, his own collaboration with Tiesto, MSTRKRFT, The Bloody Beetroots, Felix Cartal and Mustard Pimp, as well as by Bloc Party, Battles, The Kills, The Gossip, Klaxons, Scanners, Whitey, and Mystery Jets to name a few. The label has released over 250 records so far.
